Welcome to KaraMagic. By downloading, installing, or using the KaraMagic software ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

Pineapple Software LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use KaraMagic Free for personal and commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Output videos created with KaraMagic Free include a watermark. You may use such output for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you process with the App (including music videos, audio, and lyrics) is used in compliance with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Do not use the App to infringe on the rights of others.
Do not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

3. Intellectual Property

KaraMagic, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Pineapple Software LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to the App beyond the license described above.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pineapple Software LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pineapple Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website.
