Terms of Use

Welcome to KaraMagic. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using KaraMagic software ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Products

KaraMagic is offered in two versions:

KaraMagic Free: a free desktop application for creating karaoke videos, available for download at no charge.
KaraMagic Pro: a paid desktop application that includes all Free features plus additional tools such as a lyrics editor, custom backgrounds, and batch conversion. Pro requires a one-time purchase and license key activation.

2. License: KaraMagic Free

Pineapple Software LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use KaraMagic Free for personal and commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Output videos created with KaraMagic Free include a watermark. You may use such output for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

3. License: KaraMagic Pro

Upon successful purchase, Pineapple Software LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and activate KaraMagic Pro using the license key provided to you. This license is for personal and commercial use on devices you own or control.

Your license key is personal to you. Do not share, resell, or publicly distribute your license key.
Output videos created with KaraMagic Pro do not include a watermark.
We reserve the right to revoke a license key if we determine it has been shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently.

4. Purchases and Payments

KaraMagic Pro is sold through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future buyers; your purchase price is locked in at checkout.

After payment, you will receive an email with your license key and download instructions. It is your responsibility to keep your license key safe. If you do not receive your license key within a reasonable time, contact support@karamagic.com.

5. Refunds

Because KaraMagic Pro is digital software delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents activation or use of the App, contact us at support@karamagic.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you process with the App (including music videos, audio, and lyrics) is used in compliance with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Do not use the App to infringe on the rights of others.
Do not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

7. Intellectual Property

KaraMagic, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Pineapple Software LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to the App beyond the licenses described above.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pineapple Software LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pineapple Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or your purchase of KaraMagic Pro. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for KaraMagic Pro, if applicable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website.

KaraMagic incorporates the following open source components. Their respective license terms apply:
