KaraMagic Free and KaraMagic Pro are fully offline desktop applications. The apps themselves do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. All video and audio processing happens locally on your device.

We only collect personal information when you interact with our website or purchase KaraMagic Pro, and only what is necessary to complete those interactions.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

Payment information: When you purchase KaraMagic Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and purchase details (such as the product purchased and transaction ID) from Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials.
Email address: Used to deliver your KaraMagic Pro license key and purchase confirmation, and to respond to support requests if you contact us.
Website usage: Our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used to operate and improve the website.
Interest notifications: If you click a "coming soon" button for Windows or Intel Mac versions, we may record that interest to notify our team. No personal account is created.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process your KaraMagic Pro purchase and deliver your license key by email
Provide customer support when you contact us
Operate, maintain, and improve our website

Render: website hosting.

We retain purchase and license records for as long as needed to honor your license, provide support, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your contact information by emailing us, subject to any records we are required to keep by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe using industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard the information we do collect.

KaraMagic is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
